This site has been developed by a group of British property owners in Slovenia, in order to advertise the properties, we the owners have for sale.
This site exists solely for advertising purposes. The developers of this site are not estate agents, middle-men or a profit-making company; we are the people who own the properties which are advertised here. All of the properties advertised will be sold as private sales involving a Slovenian lawyer, or through a licensed Slovene estate agent and their legal team.
Purchasing a foreign property is often daunting. Since all of the property owners on this site have considerable experience in purchasing and selling property in Slovenia, we are able to guide you through the process to make it as straight-forward as possible.
The properties we currently have on offer are all located in the countryside in the eastern part of Slovenia, in the Stajerska and Prekmurje regions, where the chief towns are Maribor, Ljutomer and Murska Sobota. This is an area of Slovenia which is experiencing considerable economic growth, largely as a result of the newly opened motorway connection with the rest of Slovenia, including the capital, Ljubljana, which is now less than a 2 hour drive away.
